The safety and well-being of your child(ren) is our highest priority. We are writing this letter to inform you about safety and evacuation drills that will be conducted throughout the school year.

September is National Library Card-Sign-Up Month and to celebrate, the СÀ¶ÊÓƵapp Free Library is encouraging residents to register for a card, update existing cards, and/or bring a friend to register.

This is a friendly reminder that our first day of school for students is tomorrow, Thursday, September 5th! All schools are scheduled to operate on a regular school schedule.

СÀ¶ÊÓƵapp Free Academy will host 9th grade orientation for incoming high school students on Thursday, August 29th. Click the appropriate link below to learn information for your child's school.

We hope you had a wonderful summer and are excited to kick off the new school year! We invite you to our Welcome Back Bash on Thursday, August 29th, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the school building.

School bus stops and schedules will be available beginning Friday, August 23rd. Many of your transportation questions can be answered by visiting the Transportation page of our district website and by reading the information below.

The NFA Main Team is excited to start a brand new school year with you. There have been some changes to best serve all of our students that we would like to share with you.

NFA high school students can come to their NFA campus on Wednesday, September 4th from 1PM to 3 PM to pick up their schedule for the new school year and their ID card. Schedules are also available through the Student Portal.

The СÀ¶ÊÓƵapp Enlarged City School District (NECSD) is leading the way taking charge of a hot topic in education. The use of cell phones in schools is a popular subject and NECSD's implementation has been featured widely.

August Graduation for the Class of 2024 candidates will be held on Monday, August 26, 2024 at 10:30am on Academy Field. We look forward to completing СÀ¶ÊÓƵapp Free Academy's class of 2024!

The СÀ¶ÊÓƵapp Enlarged City School District and СÀ¶ÊÓƵapp Free Library, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) Big Read are collaborating to provide programming to our community.

СÀ¶ÊÓƵapp NYGEAR UP kicked off this year with a bang. It began with an introduction of NYGEAR UP to our 8th-grade cohort, which consisted of over 850 scholars from 4 different middle schools
